KIS AS is the KIS Group’s administrative company and has offices in Asker where the following corporate functions are based: Finance, IT Administration, Purchasing, Technical Management, and the KIS Academy.
The department is responsible for the accounting and payroll functions for all wholly owned companies in the KIS Group, and also helps with administrative tasks, projects, and preparing reports for the operating companies
The department is responsible for following up our external operating partners and system audits in the Group’s wholly owned companies. The department also plays a central role in both administrative and operations-related projects.
The department establishes key purchasing agreements on behalf of the Group’s companies. The agreements have to support our long-term partnership strategy so that they provide the best end results for our customers.
We have a corporate technical management team that assesses the expertise of our inspectors and performs all types of internal audits. The unit is also responsible for our contact with the certification body that approves us as an Enterprise of Competence.
The KIS Academy was established to coordinate all forms of joint in-house training in KIS and sets up 6-month plans with courses that are approved/evaluated by the operating companies’ managing directors. Professional development is an important focus area for the KIS Group and forms a key part of our strategy for ensuring ‘The Best Customer Experience’.
